Who we are

Dobrigado Limited runs this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 17444302. For anything about your data, email hello@dobrigado.com.

When you send a brief

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, plus an optional budget and timing. We use them only to reply to you and talk about the work. The form sends them to our inbox through Resend, our email provider, and sends you one confirmation email.

To stop spam, the server keeps a scrambled (hashed) copy of your IP address and email address for up to 24 hours.

We keep briefs only as long as we need them for your enquiry and any work that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask for before a contract.

When you join the Fancy It waitlist

The waitlist on the Fancy It page asks for your email address. We save it with your site language and the date. We use it only to email you when Fancy It opens. We do not share it or add it to other lists.

The list is kept in a database run by Cloudflare, our host. Each sign-up sends a short notice to our inbox through Resend. To stop spam, the server keeps a hashed copy of your IP address for up to 24 hours.

We keep your address until we have told you Fancy It is open, or until you ask us to remove it. Email hello@dobrigado.com to come off the list. Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Analytics cookies

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to two years. Google processes this data for us. GA4 keeps analytics data for 14 months.

If you decline, or until you choose, Google Analytics does not load. No analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.

We store your choice in a cookie called dg_consent for 12 months. You can change it at any time in .

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time to run and protect the site.

Google, Resend and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK, including in the US, under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@dobrigado.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
